MCS Monthly Offering requires immediate payment or approved hospital PO with terms of Due Upon Invoice, Prior to Shipment, where payment must be received by MCS for the monthly offering deal to be effective, within 3 weeks of approved and accepted purchase order.

Freight: All Monthly Offering cart pricing does not include freight. All carts will receive a flat rate *freight fee of $195 per cart *the continental US, terms F.O.B.
